Recycling services

We offer recycling services for residents to recycle household items from their homes, including recyclable packaging, food waste, garden waste, small electricals, batteries and textiles.

Small electricals and batteries

You can put one small carrier bag of electrical items on top of, or alongside your recycling bin on collection day. Cables and plugs can be attached.

It is important that you do not put the bagged items in your recycling bin, as it won't be emptied.

Items are collected in a cage on the underside of the vehicle and kept separate from the rest of your recycling.

Please remove any batteries and place these in a separate bag for recycling.
