Collections are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather and major events.

We offer a collection service for the removal of large household items and non-commercial items.

We provide a free household collection of clinical waste. We do not operate a commercial clinical waste collection scheme.

Every time you visit the Stafferton Way site in a van or commercial-type vehicle, you will need to apply for a permit.

You can reduce what you buy or you can reuse or repair items you already have to avoid throwing them away.

Every business has a legal ‘duty of care’ to ensure that any waste it produces or handles is stored, transported, treated, reprocessed and disposed of safely.

Assisted collections are for residents who are unable to move their bins to the edge of their property.

Never put anything hot in your bin, such as fireworks, sparklers, bonfire/BBQ ashes or disposable BBQs.

We have produced guidance aimed specifically for developers for the provision of refuse and recycling storage for all new residential developments.
