How we collect information from you

Your personal data is collected through an online digital donation page on our RBWM website.

Categories of information collected

We will collect your name, address, email, telephone and payment information. 

How we use the information provided

We will use your information to process the donations you wish to make.

Who has access to the information about you

Only staff in the mayoral office have access to the personal data collected.

Who we may share your information with

We will not share your payment information with anyone else. Information pertaining to your donation may be shared with the Mayor. 

How long we store your information

Personal information is held for a maximum of seven years.
