We process your personal information to sign you up to attend a focus group. Personal information disclosed during focus groups is entirely voluntary and you can choose not to provide any further personal information after you have signed up to participate.
Data collected from the focus groups is anonymised and used to help identify areas for improvement and implement changes within the borough to ensure RBWM Council remains compliant with the legal and statutory obligations regarding public health.

We process your personal data for as long as necessary or no longer than one year after which it is safely destroyed. Where your personal information has been processed based on your consent when you voluntarily provide it during the focus group sessions, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by emailing the above address.
