How we collect information
Property and Business Owners can submit their information via email.
Location Managers / Production Managers can provide their information through a digital form or email.
What information is collected
Property / Business Owners
- Property Address including postcode.
- Property description.
- Property special conditions e.g. – available only on weekends, whole property hire, specific area only.
- Main Contact name.
- Main contact telephone number.
- Main contact email address.
- Interior and exterior photographs of property/business.
- Property ID Code – e.g. If the property was the Town Hall in Maidenhead it could be TWNH_MDN. This allows us to identify an individual property without giving away its full address.
Location Managers / Production Managers.
- Name.
- Job title.
- Main contact telephone number.
- Main contact email address.
How we use the information provided
The information is collected to enable us to add you to our internal database of location assets. We would use this information to match briefs received from production companies looking for private locations for filming purposes.
We will also use certain personal information (photographs and description of property) for marketing purposes. You have a right to not give consent for our marketing use but still be included on the database.
We will also use your information to sign you up to our Film Unit Newsletter (optional).

RBWM Communications and Marketing Team.
Who we may share your information with
Should your property come up as a match against a brief received from a Location Manager / Production Manager, RBWM will introduce you to the production company via email to initiate discussions of use of the property.
How long we store your information
We will retain your information for as long as you want us to promote your property, up to a maximum of five years.
You can withdraw your consent at any time and we will remove your personal data from our database.
