Planning informal guidance

At Cabinet on Wednesday 21 May 2025, the Air Quality Assessment Guidance Note was adopted as a material consideration in the determination of planning applications.

This Guidance Note has been prepared to support and simplify the consideration of air quality impacts associated with development proposals and the inclusion of mitigation measures at the design stage to support Policy EP2 of the Borough Local Plan (2022).
