Ascot, Sunninghill and Sunningdale neighbourhood plan

The neighbourhood plan was made part of the development plan for the area at the council meeting on Tuesday 29 April 2014. The plan was subject to a referendum on Thursday 27 March 2014. 91% of those voting in the referendum supported the adoption of the plan by the Royal Borough.

Bisham neighbourhood plan

Bray neighbourhood plan

The neighbourhood plan has been examined; view the examiner's report. The Parish council have decided not to progress the neighbourhood plan as proposed by the independent examiner.

Central Windsor business neighbourhood plan, Windsor 2030

Central Windsor Business Forum The 'Windsor 2030' forum is drafting policies and members are looking at sites to be included in the plan. Cookham neighbourhood plan

An application has been received by the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead for the designation of a Cookham Neighbourhood Plan Area. This application was the subject of public consultation which ran from Thursday 27 February 2020 until midnight on Sunday 12 April 2020.

Cox Green neighbourhood plan

Cabinet has approved the designation of the parish as a Neighbourhood Area.

The Parish Council applied for the designation of the whole parish as a neighbourhood plan area (separate from Maidenhead). This application was the subject of a public consultation which ran from Monday 24 June until midnight on Sunday 4 August 2019.

Datchet neighbourhood plan

The Datchet Neighbourhood Plan 2022-2033 was made part of the development plan for the area at the council meeting on Tuesday 27 June 2023. The plan was subject to a referendum on May 4th 2023. In total, 88% of those voting in the referendum supported the adoption of the plan by the Royal Borough.

Eton and Eton Wick neighbourhood plan

The neighbourhood plan was made part of the development plan for the area at the council meeting on Tuesday 25 September 2018. The plan was subject to a referendum in July 2018. 88% of those voting in the referendum supported the adoption of the plan by the Royal Borough.

Horton and Wraysbury neighbourhood plan

The neighbourhood plan was made part of the development plan for the area at the council meeting on Tuesday 23 June 2020. The plan was subject to a referendum on Thursday 30 January 2020. 83% of those voting in the referendum supported the adoption of the plan by the Royal Borough.

Hurley and the Walthams neighbourhood plan

The neighbourhood plan was made part of the development plan for the area at the council meeting on Tuesday 12 December 2017. The plan was subject to a referendum in March 2017. 81% of those voting in the referendum supported the adoption of the plan by the Royal Borough.

Maidenhead Neighbourhood Area and Neighbourhood Forum

An application was received by the Council from the proposed Maidenhead Neighbourhood Forum to designate the Maidenhead Neighbourhood Area and to formally designate the Maidenhead Neighbourhood Forum as the neighbourhood forum for the Maidenhead Neighbourhood Area. These applications were the subject of public consultation which ran from 25th October 2022 until 6 December 2022. On 22nd December 2022 the Council decided to designate both the Maidenhead Neighbourhood Area as proposed and the Maidenhead Neighbourhood Forum. Please see supporting documents below:

Old Windsor 

The neighbourhood plan was made part of the development plan for the area at the council meeting on Tuesday 17 December 2019. The plan was subject to a referendum in October 2019. 93% of those voting in the referendum supported the adoption of the plan by the Royal Borough.
