Green garden waste subscription

Due to our systems changing on Wednesday 31 July 2024, all garden waste forms will be unavailable from Monday 22 July 2024 until approximately 9am on Wednesday 31 July 2024.  Wherever possible, please update your garden waste subscription before Monday 22 July 2024.  If your subscription is due to expire between these dates, you will have until Tuesday 13 August 2024 to renew using our new system once it’s live.  Your collections will be unaffected and continue as normal during this time. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Avoid the time, cost and hassle of putting garden waste in your car and taking it to the recycling site and sign up to our green waste service. A one-year subscription costs £85 from Thursday 1 February 2024.

You will get:

• A wheelie bin which is easy to use and can be stored neatly in a corner of your garden;
• A fortnightly green garden waste collection.

We will collect:

• Flowers
• Plants
• Grass cuttings
• Leaves
• Hedge trimmings
• All weeds except for Japanese Knotweed
• Small branches
• Christmas trees (must be cut up and placed inside your garden waste bin during January for collection- trees left next to the bin will not be collected).

Before you request a new subscription or renew an existing subscription please read the terms and conditions of this service.

If you would like more than one bin, then any additional bin will cost £85 for the year (£42.50 if requested within six months of your renewal date).

Due to a planned system change, this service is unavailable until approximately 9am on Wednesday 31 July 2024.  You will be sent a link to sign up to our new system on this date.  Please follow the link in the email and access your new subscription case to update your subscription.  Our Customer Service team will be unable to make any changes to your subscription until 31 July 2024.
