Please note: Garden Waste collection are suspended between Thursday 25 December 2025 and Sunday 11 January 2026 as per service terms and conditions. 

Collections resume as normal Monday 12 January 2026.

After a subscription has been activated, you will be assigned a Week one or a Week two collection and a collection day (Monday-Friday).

Please remember:

  • Green bins are emptied once a fortnight alongside your other bins.
  • Bin lids need to be closed for emptying.
  • All materials should be loose (no sacks, bags, bin liners or plant pot/trays).
  • We can only collect materials inside the bin so please do not leave any additional sacks.
  • Branches over two inches in diameter cannot be put in your bin.

The schedule may be subject to further change due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather.
