Information is provided by applicants on paper forms.
Information we collect
We collect the following information to process our application; Name, address, email address and phone number, nationality, if you have dual nationality, occupation, what type of plot you are interested in, preferred size of plot, preferred property type, approximate budget and how the build will be financed, preferred location and speed of anticipated progress on site.
We may also record other relevant information that you provide us relevant to your application.
How we use the information provided
We use this information to register the interest within the Borough for self-build and custom build housing.

Council departments which are relevant to the scheme which include:
- Planning Policy
- Housing
Who we may share your information with
We will share this information with house builders/developers who will be providing the self-build/custom build plots/units on suitable housing sites within the Borough.
How long we store your information
Information will be retained for no longer than necessary and for a maximum of eight years .
