Personal data is provided online via the council’s website. An invitation can be sent to you if you agree to sign up to an account and provide your email address to a Customer Service Advisor.

All council services have access to the data in order to fulfil service functions.

How long we store your information
We store your personal data until you request it to be removed. You can ask for your account to be deleted if you have no open cases by emailing customer.service@rbwm.gov.uk or by calling 01628 683800.
