Petition: We, the undersigned, call on the Councillors of the Maidenhead Planning Control Panel to make a positive decision to rehome Phoenix Gymnastics Club on Fifield Road.
We ask councillors to thoroughly review the evidence already gathered around the site and its suitability.
We strongly believe the Fifield Road site offers the best opportunity to ensure the future of Phoenix Gymnastics Club and would allow the Club to extend sports provision for the local community and Borough residents of all ages.

Petition: We, the undersigned, ask the Council of the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead to urgently review the traffic calming measures on Frances Road in consultation with the residents to ensure that effective controls are in place to reduce traffic speeds and the potentially damaging impact of heavy vehicles on houses, caused by vibrations as they pass over existing arrangements.

iii. The approved capital programme 2016/17 be increased by £140,000 to deliver this project (Note: a contribution secured from Holyport College of £83,000 is available to part fund the scheme)

Petition: We, the undersigned, are concerned that due to the opening of the Stafferton Way Link Road in Maidenhead there is justification to reduce the speed limit along Braywick Road from 40 mph to 30mph to avoid the potential hazard of tail end collisions and speed related offences.

Petition: We, the undersigned, wish the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead to consider reducing the recently implemented 18 tonne weight limit on the Chobham Road Railway Bridge to a maximum of 7.5 tonnes. We are concerned that the large lorries pose a safety risk due to the limited road width of the bridge, causing vehicles to cross the centre double-white line and limits visibility to on-coming traffic.

Petition: We, the undersigned, petition council to use all the powers at its disposal to:
- Prohibit the use of articulated lorries on Portlock Road;
- Prohibit the distribution centre operating at 78 Portlock Road from parking business vehicles in Portlock Road and Enyston Road;
- Ensure the Police respond to calls from residents regarding alleged breaches of the law in relation to points (1) and (2).

Petition: We, the undersigned, petition The Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead to agree the financing and progress to completion of the Meadow Lane Car Park Extension within a year.
Presented By: The Brocas Residents' Group and the Eton Community Association and Eton Traders.
Update: The current programme the Borough is working towards is that the car park will be completed by the end of the financial year. However, once the planning conditions are clear th Borough will endeavour to try and complete the car park earlier. At present, the Borough is working internally to put a design team together to be able to clear the necessary planning conditions. A brief discussion has been held with the team contractor, and as soon as the conditions are cleared then the works will be able to start. The local residents and businesses will be informed of the programmed once it has been agreed.

Petition: We, the undersigned, petition The Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead to make representations to Berkley Homes and South Bucks District Council to improve the proposed development of the Mill Lane and Skindles development site.

Update: The Council made representations to South Bucks District Council on the application as a consultee. The first application was refused by SBDC, which this Council objected to. The second scheme was approved by SBDC. It was a much improved scheme, for which the Council made comments, but the Council pointed out it was still felt that the scheme didn’t make the most of the opportunities to improve recreation on the River Thames.

- To conduct a review of Bray Parish in accordance with the Local Government and Public Involvement in Health Act 2007.
- The details outlined in the Terms of Reference and publishes these so that the review can begin.
- To conduct the review in accordance with the timetable set out, and that if the outcome of the review is that it is recommended to support the inclusion of the area of the Fisheries into Bray Parish, a Reorganisation Order will be made to bring the changes into effect in May 2019 at the next Parish elections.
