The Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead will award up to 100% Discretionary rate relief for up to 18 months to businesses that move into retail premises that have been empty for a year or more.
This discretionary relief will operate between Friday 1 April 2016 and Sunday 31 March 2024.
We will require the following information:
- Account reference
- Property address
- A copy of your lease/tenancy agreement
- A copy of your business plan
