General Data Protection Regulation Article 6(1)(a) – the data subject has given consent to the processing of his or her personal data for one or more specific purposes and where special category data is processed, Article 9 special condition of explicit consent.

General Data Protection Regulation Article 6(1)(e) processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller.

Personal information may be collected when you consent to being referred to Heads Up by RBWM Council.

Categories of information

Name, date of birth, health/accessibility needs, contact numbers, address and email address(es) and location data.

How we use the information provided

Your personal information is processed to refer you to Heads-Up.

Who has access to the information about you

RBWM Council employees including Adult Social Services Front Door Team.

Who we may share your information with

Your personal information may be shared with relevant Voluntary Community Groups and Heads-Up. The privacy notice for Heads Up can be found on the Heads Up website.

How long we store your information

We store your personal information for up to two years.
