Council works on the Highway this week

The following pages list work that is being carried out by the council or its contractors on or around roads in the Borough.

Maidenhead Rural works

Wards – Bisham and Cookham, Bray, Hurley and Walthams

Parishes – Bisham. Bray, Cookham, Hurley, Shottesbrooke, Waltham St Lawrence, White Waltham

Highway, Transport and Parking works:

  • Choseley Close (Hurley and Walthams) – carriageway works – Monday 14 to Tuesday 15 September 2026.
  • Shepherds Lane (Hurley and Walthams) – carriageway works – Monday 14 to Wednesday 16 September 2026 – road closure 8am to 5pm. 
  • Drift Road (Bray) – installation of sign and post – Wednesday 16 September 2026.
  • Maidenhead Road (Bisham and Cookham) – installation of sign and post – Wednesday 16 September 2026.
  •  Hibbert Road (Bray / Oldfield) – thermal patching works – Thursday 17 to Tuesday 22 September 2026 – 2-way lights.
