Notice of decision by the registration authority regarding an application for the registration of land as a Town or Village Green: Land at Coombe Lane Sunninghill Ascot – Application Reference TVG-103

To whom it may concern.

Further to a meeting of the registration authority on Tuesday 22 April 2025, the above application, made on Friday 1 April 2022 by Sunninghill and Ascot Parish Council of The Courtyard (Ascot Racecourse), High Street, Ascot Berkshire SL5 7JF under section 15(1) of the Commons Act 2006 to register Land at Coombe Lane, Sunninghill, Ascot as a new town or village green has been considered and been found not to meet the tests required by s15 of the Commons Act 2006.

The registration authority has therefore REJECTED the above application for registration for the reasons set out in the Inspector’s Report dated Tuesday 31 December 2024.
