Report a problem with bus stops and shelters
A number of different organisations are involved in the maintenance of bus stops and shelters and the provision of bus information.
We ensure that all reported problems are passed on to the correct organisation for action.
Problems with bus services should be reported to the operator. Contact details are available through the Traveline website.
To report a problem with a bus stop or shelter, you will need to tell us:
- The location of the bus stop/shelter.
- What the problem is.
- Your name and contact details if you want to be updated on progress.
- Upload a photo if you have one.
This form should only be used to report minor issues. If you need to report an emergency situation, please call our contact centre.
