Requests for copy documents

Copies of Tree Preservation Orders must be ordered through the Planning Department, whereas copies of Agreements are to be ordered via Shared Legal Solutions (SLS) Maidenhead Deed Room.

The fees and charges have been provided below:

  • Copies of S.106/52 and 38 Agreements: £57 per document. This is a minimum non-refundable fee and additional fees may be charged at hourly rates for very large documents. 
  • Copies of Tree Preservation Orders : £30.
