Requests for copy documents

Copies of Tree Preservation Orders must be ordered through the Planning Department, whereas copies of Agreements are to be ordered via Shared Legal Solutions (SLS) Maidenhead Deed Room.

The fees and charges have been provided below:

  • Copies of S.106/52 and 38 Agreements : £10 plus 50p per sheet for 6+ pages.
  • Copies of Tree Preservation Orders : £30.
