Mr Freddie Shenston M.B.E. (1912-1998)
Mr Freddie Shenston M.B.E. is commemorated with a Blue Plaque as the founder of Windsor Heritage in 1967, being President between 1993-1998 and also President of the Chamber of Commerce.
The plaque was unveiled in 2002
