Why is my claim showing as provisional?

This is because you haven’t submitted your claim for approval. Please follow the instructions below:

  • To view the claim, select ‘View all time and expenses’ on Self Service. 
  • If you cannot see your provisional claim, you can search for it via the start date.
  • Once you select your provisional claim, select submit at the bottom of the page. 
  • Please note to submit the claim, you will be taken to another page which will ask you to input your password and select the ‘Submit’ button once again.
