For changes of registration number:
- Contact us at parking@rbwm.gov.uk,
- We will arrange for a new permit to be issued,
- You will need to return your old season ticket.
- Please give as much notice as possible to ensure the new badge is issued in time
A season ticket may be cancelled at any time by returning it to us with a covering letter.
Refunds can only be made:
- For whole months remaining on the ticket,
- To whoever paid the original amount or invoice.
