Alice in Wonderland Exhibition

Sunninghill Library

April 2026.

With kind permission from Pan Macmillan, the original publisher of Alice's Adventures in Wonderland, 24 iconic illustrations drawn by Sir John Tenniel for the original stories by Lewis Carroll have been specially reproduced for display, and presented in a walk-through gallery for inside each library. 

No booking is required; residents can drop-in during normal library opening hours.

Sunninghill Library will be hosting the Alice in Wonderland exhibition during the entirety of April but this will travel to our different libraries each month.

Maidenhead Library

The exhibition will be coming to Maidenhead Library from 1 May - 29 May.

Python Programming: Beginners and Intermediate sessions

Python is a versatile programming language utilised for diverse applications and is widely considered the ideal entry point for beginners due to its expansive ecosystem of learning resources and the flexibility it offers to specialize in numerous career paths. This course is a beginner's guide to the fundamentals of Python.

Booking is necessary due to limited spaces - please speak to Maidenhead Library staff or email maidenhead.library@rbwm.gov.uk to book your place.

Participants should plan to attend all five sessions and must be aged 11 and above and have access to their emails during the session.

Drumming and Percussion workshop

Join your host, Alex Andrade, for a hands-on journey through the world of percussion and drums. Alex has spent years mastering his craft, from studying with legendary Griots in Senegal to jamming at global drum camps.
