Summer Reading Challenge officially launched in our libraries on Saturday 12 July 2025 and we have a variety of crafts and events in the spirit of this year's theme, Story Garden.

All About Ears - A celebration of hearing and balance
Sunninghill Library
Thursday 4 September 2025, 7pm
Discover the importance of our ears and what they do for us.
A local resident and leading expert, Fiona Barker, will take you on a journey through the ear. Discover how the hearing and balance mechanisms work, how they are assessed and how problems are managed, and how there is much more to your ears than just hearing, important as hearing is.

Board Games Day
Ascot Library and Cox Green Library
During the months of July and August, join us every Monday at Ascot Library and every Tuesday afternoon at Cox Green Library for a day filled of Board Games!
Board Games Day will also be happening at Sunninghill Library on Friday 22 and Friday 29 August 2025, from 2pm - 5pm. Suitable for families and players of all ages.

Windsor Bandstand Takeover
Come and enjoy live band performances in the open air this summer. Windsor and Eton Business Partnership presents Windsor’s Live at the Bandstand programme 2025.
There will be a series of musical performances at the bandstand in Alexandra Gardens. Performances will take place on Saturday 6 September between 2pm and 8pm.
Enjoy performances from Punk Dylan, Vinna Bee, The Apiary, Dynatronics and Neil J Smith and Aleena.
Family, friends and music lovers are all invited to bring a picnic and enjoy some great music in Windsor’s Alexandra Gardens.
This event is free.
