S.J. Bennett is the author of the bestselling mystery series featuring Queen Elizabeth II as an investigator.
Over a career spanning fifteen novels, she has won the Romantic Novelist of the Year award, and been shortlisted for the Crime Writer’s Association Whodunnit Dagger award.
'The Queen Who Came In From The Cold' is set in 1961 and tells the story of the Queen travelling on the royal train where she is met by an unreliable witness who claims to have seen a brutal murder. Did it really happen, and could the victim be a missing friend of Princess Margaret's new husband, Tony Armstrong Jones?
This interview is a fantastic chance for Sophia Bennett to share her insights at Windsor Library on her writing processes, answer questions and engage with the audience.
