Help to move your bins

If there is no adult in your household who can move your bin to the edge of your property for a collection you can ask for help to move your bins. Your bins will need to be in the front of your property where the crew are able to access then without coming into a back garden. 

If due to age or ill health you struggle to put your bins or sacks out for collection and there is no-one else that can help you do this, we can provide assistance to move your recycling and rubbish ready for collection and then put the emptied bins back for you.

Assisted collections will be reviewed periodically. If the collection crew suspect that an assisted collection is no longer required it may be terminated with immediate effect. To cancel an assisted collection, please contact us on 01628 683800 or customer.service@rbwm.gov.uk
