How we collect information

Personal data is provided directly by you, as a resident, either by post, telephone, in person or electronically by email or via forms on the Council’s website. In the case of a request for service enquiries, information will also be collected about the items you want collecting and whether you meet the criteria for the service to be provided.

The providers of our waste management service, Serco and Medisort, will also have access to your details via an information sharing agreement in order to deliver the service.
