- Ages and genders of those living in the household.
- Information about the condition of the property.
- Financial information relevant to any tenancy offences or breaches.
How we use the information provided
The Council has a legal duty to assess properties for the presence of hazards and to enforce landlord legislation in its area. We will use any information you provide to us to complete these investigations.

- Housing advice and homelessness services.
- Adult and Child safeguarding teams.
- Planning and Building Control.
- Revenues and Benefits team.

We may share your information with the Police and/or Fire and Rescue Service.
How long we store your information
