I am writing to make a request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 regarding the café/community hub premises at Clewer Memorial Recreation Ground, Dedworth Road, Windsor, SL4 5AY, currently operated as Woody’s Café.
Please provide the following information:
1.    Ownership
Please confirm whether the café/community hub building and premises occupied by Woody’s Café are owned by the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead (RBWM), including whether RBWM holds the property in its own right or as trustee of Clewer Memorial Recreation Ground.
2.    Current agreement
Please confirm the type of agreement currently in place between RBWM (or the relevant trust) and Woody’s Café, for example a lease, licence, concession agreement, operating agreement, management agreement or other arrangement.
3.    Commencement and expiry
Please provide the commencement date and current expiry date of the agreement.
4.    Renewal or extension
Please confirm whether the agreement contains any renewal, extension or continuation provisions and, if so, the relevant dates or periods.
5.    Amount paid to RBWM
Please provide the current annual rent, licence fee, concession fee or other consideration payable by Woody’s Café to RBWM (or the relevant trust).
6.    Review or variable payments
Please confirm whether the amount payable is subject to periodic review, increases, turnover-based payments, profit-related payments or any other variable mechanism.
7.    Other payments or charges
Please provide details of any other regular payments or charges payable by Woody’s Café to RBWM (or the relevant trust) in connection with occupation or operation of the premises, including any service charges or similar payments.
8.    Future plans / re-tendering
Please provide any recorded information showing whether RBWM intends to re-tender, re-let, re-license, renew or otherwise make the café/community hub premises available to another operator when the current arrangement expires.
9.    Anticipated procurement or letting
If a future procurement, tender, letting or concession process is planned, please provide the anticipated date or timeframe, if recorded.
10.    Responsible department
Please identify the RBWM department, team or job title currently responsible for managing the agreement and/or the premises.
11.    Original arrangement
If the current arrangement with Woody’s Café was established following the refurbishment or development of the Clewer Memorial Pavilion/community hub, please provide the date on which the arrangement with Woody’s Café commenced.
I am not requesting Woody’s turnover, profit or other private business information, nor am I requesting a copy of the entire agreement itself.
If any of the requested information is considered exempt from disclosure, please provide the remainder of the information that can be disclosed and specify the relevant FOI exemption and the reason it applies.
