I write to make a request for information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
I have read the Council's disclosure log response (reference FOI003270) concerning tree planting during the 2024/25 planting season. I am seeking copies of recorded information over and above the statistical information already disclosed.
Accordingly, I request copies of any recorded information held relating to tree planting undertaken during the 2024/25 planting season (approximately October 2024 to March 2025), including, where held:
1. Records identifying the tree species planted, including common and/or scientific names, quantities of each species, and, where recorded, stock type or size.
2. Planting schedules, planting plans, site schedules, location lists, GIS records or maps identifying where the trees and whips were planted.
3. Procurement records relating to the purchase or supply of the trees and whips, including purchase orders, contracts, specifications, supplier schedules, invoices, delivery notes or similar records showing the species and quantities supplied.
4. Planting records, completion records, contractor returns, site diaries, spreadsheets, databases or similar records documenting the planting works undertaken.
5. Maintenance specifications, maintenance schedules, watering programmes, inspection records, contractor maintenance reports or other records describing the maintenance regime applied to the newly planted trees.
6. Records relating to monitoring of survival or establishment, including inspection reports, survival surveys, condition assessments, replacement planting records or similar documents.
7. In relation to the standard tree reported as having died, copies of any inspection reports, officer notes, photographs, correspondence, contractor reports or other recorded information concerning its condition or the investigation into its death.
8. Any reports, summaries, project documents or similar records produced in relation to the Council's 2024/25 tree planting programme.

If the requested information is held under different names, within different record series, databases, projects or filing structures, or if alternative terminology would more accurately identify the records, please interpret this request accordingly.
