I am submitting this FOI request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

I am reaching out to request the following information regarding long term empty residential properties (defined as empty for 6 months or more) within the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead.

Could you please provide:

1. The total number of long term empty residential properties recorded in the Royal Borough for each of the last five financial years.

2. A breakdown by ward showing how many long term empty homes are located in each ward in Maidenhead and each ward in Windsor.

3. The number of properties empty for:

-6-12 months
* 1-2 years
* 2-5 years
* Over 5 years

4. The number of empty homes in Windsor and Maidenhead subject to:
- Empty Homes Premium
* Compulsory Purchase Order (CPO) action
* Enforced sale procedures
* Empty Dwelling Management Orders (EDMOs)

5. Can you tell me about any council scheme, programme or policies either in place or that are planned to bring empty homes back into use.
