A schedule of all net residential (Use Class C3) completions recorded by the Council in the 2023/24 monitoring year (1 April 2023 – 31 March 2024) — i.e. the constituent sites making up the 857 net completions reported in the AMR 2023/24 and Position Statement Table 2 — broken down by site / address and, where applicable, planning application reference, stating the net dwellings recorded against each site.
For each site listed in Appendix 1.1 and Appendix 1.2 of the Position Statement, please confirm whether any of its dwellings are included within the 2023/24 completions figure at (1) above, and if so, how many.
For each completion at (1), the basis on which it was recorded as a 2023/24 completion (e.g. council‑tax banding / completion notice under s17 Local Government Finance Act 1992 / EPC lodgement / building‑control completion) and the date relied upon
