2.    Details of the system currently used to administer taxi licensing, including:
o    The name of the software or platform used, or confirmation if applications are managed using alternative methods (such as Word, Excel, PDF, or GOV.UK)
o    Contract start date and end date
o    Contract length
o    Contract value, where this information is held
