My FoI request refers to all documentation concerning the 2016 application and approval, the consent to planning conditions and Building Regulations (and amendment Act), subsequent application and approvals (or refusals) and their consent or pending consent or status to date.
Documentation must include notes, letters, emails, plans, forms and minutes from all parties. Full disclosure is required.
The requirement of this request is to review and ensure that the necessary condition consents and change governance has been correctly followed. Also to review if, what was erroneously/illegally approved in 2016 (I refer to the CoI ruling relating to human rights infringement - action to follow), and subsequent applications has been built to the approved site plan, layout dimensions, specification and is compliant.
This will include as below but will extend to other matters:

+ GIA of the ground floor plan
+ Storey height (finished floor level, floor by floor)
+ Building height to eaves and maximum height to ridge
+ Building layout, additionally formed spaces rooms
+ Situation of the building within the site/site boundary
+ Parking spaces - residential and retail

+ Refuse storage
+ Turning areas defined for deliveries/ refuse collection
+ Fire appliance access
+ Security barriers, gates, site boundary fencing
+ Vision plays onto Dedworth Road
+ Noise attenuation
+ Rumble strips / speed humps
+ Landsacaping to front and rear
+ Drainage
+ Electrical substation access
+ Environmental matters
+ Materials
