We may collect your personal information directly from you and record your personal information on paper, electronically/digitally, by phone, in person (face to face) during assessments, observations and by email.
We may collect your name, address, contact numbers, email address(es), date of birth, financial information (including, payroll, bank details, credit card information, universal credit and other government benefit payments), health information (including your medical information), criminal history, biometric data (to prove your identity) and your relationship/family history information.
To assist and support you homeless individuals.
We may process your personal information in order to allow us to fulfil our Duty to Refer (under section 213B of the Housing Act 1996).
Other public authorities are required to refer anyone who is homeless or at risk of becoming homeless to us.

Your personal information may be shared with shared with the police/crime enforcement agencies, health professionals and other local housing authorities.
We may also share your personal information with support agencies and third parties such as housing associations in order to assist with providing you with accommodation.
Your personal information is stored for the duration of your use of our services and no longer than 10 years.
