General Data Protection Regulation Article 6(1)(a) Consent.

General Data Protection Regulation Article 6(1b) processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller or by a third party except where such interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject which require protection of personal data.  

General Data Protection Regulation Article 6(1)(e) processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller.

We will be collecting information via digital forms (JADU).

What information is collected

The following personal information is collected:

  • Name.
  • Address.
  • Phone number.
  • Email address.
  • Bank Account number and sort code.

How we use information provided

The information being collected is required to verify eligibility, verify the payee, process refunds accurately and securely, maintain accurate financial records, and maintain a clear audit trail.

This ensures refunds are issued correctly, reduces errors, and supports compliance with financial controls and regulations.

Details you provide will be shared with our Incomes Team and Digital Team.

We do not share your information with third parties unless required by Law.

How long we store your information

We are required to keep your person details for up to six years for audit purposes. After this, your information will be securely deleted.
