Personal data is collected from you through either a digital or paper form, in person or over the telephone.
What information is collected
The type of information collected includes, name, surname, address including postcode, telephone number(s), email address, date of birth, age, gender, ethnicity, occupation, ethnicity, and disabilities/health data.
How we use the information provided
We will use your data to offer you a selection of educational courses as part of the new government funded Multiply programme. These courses are being offered through our third-party providers, Windsor Forest Colleges Group and Community Learning and Skills Service.
Who has access to the information about you
The RBWM Economic Growth Team.
Who we may share your information with
Department of Education, Multiply Local Allocations Department in Central Government, Windsor Forest Colleges Group, Community Learning and Skills Service, Adult Education and training providers we contract for Multiply and other Adult Learning Provision.
How long we store your information
Your information is stored for seven years from the time you sign up with the service.
