Please note that RBWM run local elections every four years. The next Local Elections for RBWM is scheduled for Thursday 6 May 2027.
Make a payment: Terms and conditions
Online payments are credited to the relevant account within three working days of payment.
Actual card transaction will take place on a secure server belonging to AIB, the borough's chosen Merchant Banker for E-Payment transactions.
You will be able to make a payment for a number of our services, using a credit or debit card.
We accept the following payment cards:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- Maestro
- Delta
Whilst your payment is being processed:
- Please do not use your browser's back and forward buttons to navigate through the pages; instead use buttons provided on the pages themselves.
- Do not press any button marked 'PAY' more than once.
- Until you reach the point where you have entered your payment card details, you may safely abandon a payment by closing your browser. After that point, please be patient and wait for your payment to complete.
If you experience any difficulties and do not receive confirmation of your payment and a receipt, please do not attempt to make the payment again. Instead please contact our helpdesk, during normal office hours on 01628 683800. You may also send an email to epayments@rbwm.gov.uk. Please do not email any personal card details.
