Existing properties
The Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead act as the Street Naming and Numbering Authority, under the Town Improvement Clauses Act 1847 section 64, and the Public Health Act 1925 sections 17-19. Under these acts the local authority has the power to ensure that all streets and properties are correctly named and numbered.
The Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead has introduced fees for the Address Management service. The applicant hereby agrees to pay the invoice generated on the completion of the carried out by The Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead.
All charges will be invoiced at completion of work.

House name change (inc.VAT) : £220
- Rename of street where requested by residents (inc. VAT) : £600
