Parking should not commence until a valid permit has been authorised in MiPermit. In the meantime while you await your permit to arrive the Council expects you to find alternative parking or pay for parking as per charges advertised on the Pay and Display machines.
To change a registration on your permit, log in to your account and select Manage Digital Permit. Click on the operator and click on the current active permit.The permit details will be displayed below, where you can select Edit Registration. Update as required and click Save Details. This will immediately amend the registration on the permit.
Businesses which are in these eligible roads listed below can apply for a business permit to park in Eton Court or Meadow Lane car parks.

- Eton Court
- High Street (south of junction with Keats Lane)
- Meadow Lane
A maximum of 4 permits per Business Premises.
All prices are per year:
- 1st permit - £300.00
- 2nd permit - £550.00
- 3rd permit - £750.00
- 4th Permit - £950.00
Prices with effect from 1st April 2026
- 1st permit - £350.00
- 2nd permit - £580.00
- 3rd permit - £790.00
- 4th Permit - £1000.00
