Parking is only permitted within designated resident permit bays. Please check signs before parking

• If a property has been converted, reducing the number of available parking spaces, then you will not be able to apply for a permit to replace the lost space(s).
• If a property has been converted from Commercial to Residential use or newly developed it will not be eligible for any Residential Permits.
• Any property let for periods of less than 90 consecutive days (including but not limited to those listed on platforms such as Arbnb, Booking.com or Vrbo) are excluded from the scheme. Permits found to be in breach may have any existing permits revoked and may be subject to fines or enforcement action.
• Goods vehicles exceeding 2000 kg, business vans, lorries and buses are excluded from the scheme.  Also trailers or caravans whether they are linked or stand alone are not allowed a permit or to park. All vehicles must be able to fit into any markings, bays or area.
• The maximum number of permits allowed will be reduced if you have any off-street parking ie driveway, hard standing or garage.
• Not all properties are eligible for a Resident Permit. To check whether a specific address qualifies, please contact our Customer Services Team. who will be happy to assist.
