Apply for a replacement blue badge

If you have lost or had your blue badge stolen you can apply for a replacement blue badge.

A blue badge will cost £10.00.

We will need to the following information from you:

  • Name and address of blue badge holder,
  • Your blue badge number,
  • Crime reference number (if stolen)
  • The reason for a replacement.
