Change or cancel a season ticket

For changes of registration number:

• Contact us at parking@rbwm.gov.uk.
• We will arrange for a new permit to be issued.
• Please give as much notice as possible to ensure the new badge is issued in time.

A season ticket may be cancelled in writing at any time.

Refunds can only be made:

• For whole months remaining on the ticket.
• To whoever paid the original amount or invoice.
