Christmas services
This year (2025) the Royal Borough Windsor and Maidenhead are pleased to announce that the following services will run be running on Christmas Day for people who will be working, and for those wanting to easily visit family and friends:
- 9: Maidenhead town circular, via Cranbrook Drive.
- 37B: Windsor to High Wycombe, via Maidenhead.
- 103: Windsor to High Wycombe, via Slough.

Across the Christmas and New Year period, there will be some changes to usual bus times. Links to information about each route's festive service changes are provided alongside their listing below.

From Sunday 4 January 2026, there are changes to bus times on this route.
Route 3A is withdrawn with very low usage - instead, some Route 3 journeys will be extended from Farmers Way to White Waltham on a faster route via Cannon Lane.

8: Maidenhead - Pinkneys Green
New service commences Sunday 4 January 2026, replacing Route 9 in the St Mark's and Pinkneys Green areas, for faster journeys home from town and a new link to Maidenhead railway station.

From Sunday 4 January 2026, Route 9 has a new timetable with faster journey times to town from Furze Platt and North Town. Pinkneys Green and St Mark's will be served by new Route 8 instead of Route 9 from this date.
