Renew items
As long as your items haven't been reserved by another customer, you can renew up to four times without showing them at a library.
Alternatively renew by phoning your library (during opening hours) or by using our 24-hour renewal line 0303 123 0035.

You will need your library card number and 4 or 6 digit PIN.
Suggest an item for stock
To suggest an item that you would like to see in stock please fill out our online form.
If purchased, the item will be reserved for you to collect from your library.
