Reading Group Terms and Conditions

All groups must have a primary contact responsible for managing the loans on the account.
Reading groups have been setup to be self-managed with bookings made on our online catalogue. When first joining please contact us for information on how to register and make the most of the service.
All sets are loaned for six weeks, they can be returned early but must be returned within six weeks to allow them to be available for other groups.
Reading group sets are issued as ‘box-sets’ and as such it is not possible to request a specific number of copies. Please ask staff to keep any excess copies until the whole set can be returned.
No overdue fines will be charged to reading groups.
Any item(s) that are four weeks overdue, after the initial six week loan period, will be considered ‘lost’ and a replacement charge will be applied to the reading group card. In these circumstances the charge must be paid or an agreement made with the Library Service before any more sets can be loaned to the reading group.
Reading group accounts are for the purpose of reserving items for reading groups and are not for personal use.
RBWM reserves the right to withdraw this service at any time.
