To notify us of a death you will need to supply us with the following information:
- Name and address of deceased,
- Date of death,
- Was the property owned by the deceased,
- Executor details,
- Probate date if granted,
- Who is entitled to the possession of the property.
- If it is a rental property, name and address of landlord, and tenancy agreement end date.
