- Planning applications appear in front of the Committee if they have either been: called-in by a Councillor or they are a classed as a ‘major’ application.
- A technical briefing is held up to an hour before the public meeting, to discuss technical aspects of applications.
- Membership: Nine Councillors.
- Number of meetings: One meeting each month of the year, usually held on the 3rd week of the month.
- Start time: 7pm start time (6pm for the private technical briefing).
- Virtual or in person: In person as decision making meeting.
