- Seek to reduce the impact of flooding in the Borough and to promote the implementation of permanent and sustainable solutions to mitigate or alleviate flooding. In addition, the group will also seek to improve communication between the Flood Risk Management Authorities and representatives from flood affected communications.
- Membership: Up to five Councillors from flood-affected wards. Other members are Parish Councillors nominated to represent flood-risked wards.
- Number of meetings: Four meetings per year.
- Start time: 6pm.
