- Membership: All elected members attend this very formal meeting which is chaired by the Mayor.
- Number of meetings: Seven scheduled meetings per year, usually held on Tuesdays.
- Start time: 7pm.
- Virtual or in person: In person, anyone attending remotely cannot move, second or vote on any motions.
