Local service
The Royal Borough's stop smoking service, Smokefreelife Berkshire, offers two levels of help:
- Self-help digital support including the Quit With Bella app.
- Specialist support which includes nicotine replacement therapies including non-disposable e-cigarettes.
The service is free if you live in the borough and are aged 12+.
