Garden in Bloom

Garden in Bloom awards 2023

The Garden in Bloom awards scheme for 2023 has now closed.

The Garden in Bloom awards scheme started in 1992 to acknowledge the important contribution private gardens can make to the appearance of neighbourhoods.

It is the council’s way of saying thank you to residents for the work they do in their gardens which helps brighten up their neighbourhoods.

This year’s competition is no different and any garden (within the Royal Borough) visible to passers-by from the footpath or road is eligible for entry.

You can nominate your own or someone else’s garden by completing the online form below or by emailing gib@rbwm.gov.uk or by posting details of your nomination to the Mayor’s Parlour.  A photo of the garden is welcome. Please also see our privacy notice for more information about who we are, and what we do with the information supplied etc. The closing date for receipt of nominations is Friday 14 July 2023.

Details of the road and town of winning gardens may be published in the press and on our webpage.

All entrants will receive a certificate and the winner and runner-up in each council ward will also receive a rosette. We are grateful to Maidenhead Chamber of Commerce for their contribution to this year's scheme.

If you have any queries or need more information, please contact the Mayor’s Secretary on the details below.
