Sustainable Drainage Systems Major Design Guidance

This advice sets out the requirements that the LLFA has for drainage strategies and surface water management provisions associated with applications for major development.

Standard 2: management of everyday rainfall (interception)

If any surface water is discharged from the site, the applicant must supply a plan which clearly identifies the type and size of SuDS and demonstrates the areas which drain to those features. A table should also be provided which demonstrates the areas draining to each feature and how those areas comply with the standard.
